What does an administrative team in a chocolate factory do?

Our administrative team is made up of a wide range of professionals in finance, accounting, marketing, human resources, sales, customer service, quality, logistics, procurement, health and safety, and research and development. It’s a diverse team working toward a shared vision: to make Lamontagne a leader in the industry! Working with chocolate is fun and rewarding. A day at the office

With a flexible schedule, you can start your day your way. Morning person? Our early risers start with a hot cup of coffee, catching up on the latest with their coworkers. The not-so-early risers come in a little later, smiling as they greet the team members who are already settled into their desks.

There’s no shortage of administrative work to be done, whether it’s crunching numbers, writing reports, planning, or talking to customers. You may even be asked to sample the chocolates and give your opinion, so add professional taste tester to your list of talents. Sweet!

Rain or shine, there’s a pleasant spot to take your well-deserved breaks. If the weather’s nice, you can join your coworkers for lunch at the outdoor tables. And the well-equipped bistro-style cafeteria is a nice fallback option.
